Orders are processed in our studio and shipped from Kansas City, MO. If you have requested a custom piece, we will work with you directly on the timeline of your order. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
Orders are shipped via USPS to all 50 states. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped with tracking information included.
We also offer order pick up from our studio. Once your order is processed and packaged, we will notify you that it is ready for pickup. As we don't have set studio hours, we are flexible and willing to coordinate with you directly on date and time of pickup. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to the processed and ready for pickup.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to give a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All of our pieces are handmade and signed by Mark. With the made to order pieces, please be aware that slight differences from the imagery in color, dimensions, or silhouette may occur.
